TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Includes Comprehensive Insurance.
- Payment: Rental + Refundable Deposit in advance on or before collection of the vehicle.
- Charges are made on a calendar day basis (not 24-hour cycles)
- Fuel by Client.
- Fuel/ Time Calculation: Start / Stop of time & mileage at our office in Colombo-13.
- Road tolls and parking charges by client.
- Excess Mileage Charges and Damage Charges should be paid at the drop-off or end of the month for long hires.
- Air Port pick up / drop Rs. 20,000/-
- Driver Services: Colombo City pick up/ Drop - Rs.4000/-, Daily service Rs.4000/- per day.
- Driver Extras:
- a) Night out of Colombo - Rs. 2500/- per day + Meals + Accommodation
- b) If Meals and Accommodation are not provided Rs. 4000/- per night.
- c) Detention after 8 hours - Rs. 250/- per hour
- Cancellation: Minimum one day's charge
- Govt. Taxes: 17.3% (Cumulative - 2% NBT (Nation Building Tax) + 15% VAT).
- Collection and Return: 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. (Unless by special arrangement)

To tour around Sri Lanka in comfort select Lespri Car Rentals. We provide a wide range of vehicles with experienced English-speaking chauffeurs. Our drivers are well experienced and well knowledgeable of the wonders of Sri Lanka.
Comprehensive Insurance.
Payment: Rental in advance 50% Balance 4 days from the start of the hire, Extras at the end of hire on the invoice.
Minimum Mileage: 100 km per day as above
Mileage Calculation: Start/ Finish Time and Mileage at our office in Col-13.
Cumulative (700km for 7 days) over consecutive calendar days of hire.
Driver Extras: Rs. 250/hr after 8 hrs. Driver Gratuity/ Tips: Recommended at the client's discretion
Night Out of Colombo -
Driver Meals + Accommodation. Rs. 2500/- (Rs. 5000/- for bus) per day if client/Hotel does not provide Accommodation and meals Rs. 4000/- ( for bus 6000/-) per night.
Govt. Taxes/ Tolls: VAT 15% + NBT 2% to be added to the final invoice. Road tolls by Client.
For round tours starting and ending at the Airport no extra charge for Pick and Drop.
Charges are subject to changes due to increases in fuel prices and Taxes.
Cancellation charges: A day's rental or 25% of the total (Whichever is greater).
Can be carried forward a credit note for a later date.
